I was referred to Mercedes for pelvic floor therapy by my doctor. She was fantastic! She worked on me and educated me on the inner workings of the body and how they related to my issue. She taught me skills, that once practiced, made all the difference in the world. She is also sweet and compassionate. I highly, highly recommend her as a physical therapist.

At 43 I've seen more Physical Therapists than most people would in multiple life times! I have Ehlers Danlos Syndrome, hypermobility type, amongst a bunch of other stuff...most of which are chronic issues. So reguler subluxation and dislocations are a big part of my life, but I also suffer from chronic headaches...omg, crippling headaches! So, that's me in a nutshell, now let's talk about Manuel Edge!!
A godsend..truly a gift to those that physically struggle in daily life. Talk about Hands-on, it's not just in their name...from the Jess at the front desk to the person at the top (Tim), they are beyond professional and really put the patient first. Always welcomed with a smile and checked in before you even open the door, and never have to wait long...always brought to a private room within minutes!
I have been working with both Tim and Ethan...I really am so grateful for them. They listen to everything I say, talk to me about what's going on n what they are doing (to me)...and why things are happening. There is no rush in my goals, listening not just to my words but my body as well. They have helped so much with my headaches, its truly miracle work they do!!

I have suffered with a chronic cough for a number of years and after many medical tests, MRI's, CT scans and the like, no formal diagnosis has been found. So we were referred to Dr. Tim for some alternative treatment and though we are only two weeks into the process, he is pretty confident that he will be able to find the relief I've been searching for.

I have suffered from lower back pain incidents for 35 years. I’ve tried steroids, chiropractors and PTs but have never gotten any relief. The incident I suffered 3 weeks ago was the worst ever - I couldn’t straighten up past 45 degrees, couldn’t walk without the aide of crutches and was in intense pain. I knew I needed to try something new. A friend recommended Manuel Edge Physiotherapy with the caveat that they are very busy and I might have to wait a little while to get an appointment.

I met with Dr. Bonack and he has two skills that you’ll note immediately - he has unquestioned knowledge of how the body functions, and he has a great ‘bedside’ manner. He immediately diagnosed my issues based on a short discussion about my history and by observing my posture. He got to work immediately. And unlike my chiropractor and previous PT appointments which were no more than 15 minutes, Dr. Bonack worked on me for more than an hour, all while explaining what he was doing and how it was related to my pain. After the first appointment I was able to stand up straighter and walk with less pain. After 3 sessions, my pain is completely gone and I’m fully functioning. I am even back to exercising. It’s too early to tell if I will ever experience back pain again. But if I do, I know I will contact Manual Edge immediately.

One last comment. They are busy because they are very good at what they do. But when I called the office and spoke to Jess, the office manager, she could sense my distress (panic!), and was able to schedule an immediate appointment for me. Somehow over the next three weeks, she was alway able to fit me in for the therapy I required. Kudos to the entire staff for the care I have received. I am grateful for how quickly they were able to relieve my pain and get me functioning again.

I had physical therapy for two months before I found Manual Edge Physiotherapy. I had expressed to my previous physical therapist that I did not feel like I was making progress and they just kept assuring me I was doing great. At my doctor visit, he told me to go to another therapist since I was not making progress like I should.
Daria Malliesky, DPT, helped me make more progress in 2 sessions than I had in the 2 previous months at the other place! She identified what kind of treatment I needed to progress and has a great professional demeanor and is very knowledgeable. I am very pleased I found her and am excited I continue to improve after every session.

Absolute 5 star rating for this company. I saw Tim for my entire 9 month pregnancy with some MAJOR back complications. This was after I had seen a chiropractor, and had several emergency room trips, and seen a back specialist who told me "well you're pregnant so I don't know what you want me to do for you". He seriously made those 9 months of my life livable. I went from not even being able to support my own body weight or able to care for my young child, to being able to walk stairs, and not being crying every second of the day.

I contine to see him on a maintaining type of schedule and it's the best choice ive made for my body so far.

This a seriously amazing, and professional environment, where you feel truly cared for and that they want to help you.

UPDATE: March 4, 2024. Its been over 6 months since I began treatment with Manual Edge and when I first started I was discouraged from all of my previous doctor exams, treatments, X-rays, injections, MRI's, CT scans...and I wasn't sure that Manual Edge was the right alternative choice. However, after many sessions with Tim, I'm a true believer in his approach to treating issues that other physicians were unable to figure out.
Tim has worked tirelessly on me and my chronic cough issue and has really traced the problem down to certain region of my neck/shoulder and he has all be eliminated my coughing issue. In addition to fixing my cough, he has totally eliminated my dizziness/fainting spells. I am truly grateful for Tim and the work he has done and has yet to do...so I've added another star to my review of Tim and Manual Edge. Thanks for everything!

Wow this was one of the best experiences at a physical therapy office I’ve ever had, I have been to a lot. The front desk people are so welcoming they make you feel like family. It helps you not be quit as embarrassed why you’re there.

Everyone at Manual Edge has always been welcoming and kind. The front office staff is always helpful when it comes to scheduling. Ethan has been an amazing therapist as part of my TMJ treatment. He is extremely knowledgeable in his field and helped me in regaining full range of motion of my jaw.

This clinic took me from a very dark place to having hope. I suffer from a chronic pelvic pain condition called Pudendal Neuralgia. This condition can be very hard to treat and before finding Kristina Koch, Pelvic Floor Therapy, and Tim Bonach, PT, I felt my situation was hopeless and contemplated giving up. Between these therapists, I have regained some of the quality of my life. I know in their care I will only continue to improve. They have a wealth of knowledge and compassion and always do everything in their power to help me continue improving. I do not know where I would be today without them. From the time you are greeted at the door by their amazing front desk staff to their office manager, Jess, you will always feel like you are in good, caring hands. I cannot recommend this clinic enough and will be forever grateful that they have chosen to help others in this field.

i absolutely love alexy and the help she has been through my journey here! the past 12 weeks she has been amazing help, digging up all the possible reasons for my pain and done everything to help me get better!!

I have suffered from chronic pain conditions for nearly 20 years; I've had many major surgeries and I've been to countless different adjunctive treatment clinics (chiropractor, kinesiology, acupuncture, pressure point therapy, orthobionomy, traditional physical therapy and more) so I am an experienced reviewer on this topic. Manual Edge is bar none the most effective and gentle treatment I've ever experienced. After I had back-to-back neck fusions I ended up with nerve pain and damage in my left upper extremities which persisted well over 6 months and I didn't think I'd ever get relief. During my first round of treatment with Teresa I was cured! I noticed a reduction in symptoms after my first appointment and it just kept improving until it just went away. Now I get treatment for my whole body as I have progressive degenerative arthritis and inflammation in most of my joints and it only takes 1 treatment to feel better. This is not a gym environment and it doesn't hurt! The exercises are easy and gentle as well. They take all insurance, even Medicaid, and the staff are so pleasant and helpful. If you are having surgery make sure your surgeon refers to you to Manual Edge and if you suffer from chronic health conditions you must give them a try, I guarantee you'll be just as impressed and grateful as I am.
Hands on Healing is a wonderful alternative to traditional physical therapy, I actually look forward to going!
